HIP - R.I.P.

As we face our first full day without the need to have a HIP in place to market a property, we must not lose sight of the fact that although HIP's are no longer a legal requirement, the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) that was contained within all HIP packs will still remain in place.

Whether you are selling or renting your property, this certificate is part of EU legislation and is a required document when marketing your property.
