All tenants are credit checked, and appropriate references are applied for. Landlords are informed of the results of these checks to ensure they are happy, before a tenancy is agreed. Once a tenancy is agreed, we ensure that the relevant certificates are put into place, using qualified tradesmen (Gas Safety, EPC, NIC/EIC). An inventory of the property is completed and an AST agreement is prepared on behalf of our Landlords.
