Next Steps

To enter a property into auction you need to:
  • auction_gavel.jpgArrange for an appraisal to be made of the property
  • One of our team will discuss the appraisal with you
  • Complete an auction contract
  • Terminate any existing sale agreements
  • Make payment for the marketing pack
  • Provide proof of ID and proof of address for each seller
  • Give permission to erect an auction for sale board
  • Confirm viewing arrangements
