WHY USE AN ONLINE AUCTION ?

Traditionally, property auctions take place at a specified venue on a specified date at a specified time.

This can raise a number of issues for buyers who may have an interest in a property that is for sale in the auction.


  • The venue location may not be local enough for the buyer to attend

  • The auction date and/or time may conflict with the buyers schedule
